Due to nature of this product, I don't normally offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your product please don't hesitate to contact me. I am  happy to work with you, if you want to exchange it for something else. (You are responsible for all return shipping costs). International Shipments

International orders are averaging anywhere between 10 days up to 2 weeks or more. It all depends on if your item gets caught up in customs. Every country varies. I cannot control customs delays and am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact me prior to purchasing.

Please keep in mind, for international orders you are entirely responsible for any custom fee's that your country's postal service request of you.

International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. If you want a tracking ID, your package will need to ship "International Express". International Express on average cost between $34.95 and $49.95. If this is an option you want, please contact me before purchasing.

I will ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

Priority & Express: I must receive payment before noon for Express orders to be shipped same day. There is a small rush fee. Contact me for details.
